We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and develop a high-performing retail team.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive branch sales, profitability, and achievement of targets.
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the branch team.
Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Manage stock availability, inventory control, and stock movements.
Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, visual standards, and safety requirements.
