About the Role
- Stainless Steel Pro Kenya is looking for ambitious, target-driven Sales Executives to join our team.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, following up on enquiries and quotations, and converting prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, visits, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up consistently.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, customers, quotations, and sales activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to convert digital leads into sales.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and dormant customers.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in sales, preferably 3+ years.
- Experience selling stainless steel, metals, construction materials, hardware, engineering products, or related products is highly preferred.
- Strong B2B sales and customer acquisition skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident in making cold calls and conducting customer visits.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, CRM systems, and basic sales tools.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
