This is not a classroom-based program. You will be embedded in the organization, gaining firsthand experience of how a complex FMCG business operates, makes decisions, and delivers value at scale. Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking graduates who: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper and above) or a Master’s degree (any discipline), Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Are adaptable, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, Show leadership potential and a willingness to take ownership, Are interested in building a long-term career in FMCG manufacturing and commercial operations.
