Legal Officer (Litigation) at Baron Capital Limited

** Responsibilities: **

• Litigation and dispute resolution

• Debt recovery and collections matters

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents

• Court procedures and case management

• Legal research and legal opinions

• Liaising with external advocates, courts, and other relevant stakeholders

• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

**Requirements: **

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree

• Advocate of the High Court of Kenya

• Valid practising certificate

• Relevant experience in litigation, preferably in a financial institution or microfinance environment
