Key experience required:

• 3+ years as a Branch Manager within a financial institution

• 5+ years of overall lending experience in microfinance or banking

• 3+ years' hands-on experience with logbook loan products

• Experience leading credit approval committees

• Proven people management and team-building capability

• Experience recruiting sales agents/field teams

• Experience launching a new branch or building a micro-credit team from scratch
