We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will help with records management, communication, coordination with suppliers and distributors, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily administrative and office support tasks; Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents; Manage contacts including distributors, suppliers, outlets, and delivery personnel; Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoices, and expense tracking; Coordinate communication between management, suppliers, and clients; Support logistics coordination (deliveries, stock movement, follow-ups); Assist in preparing reports and basic data entry; Ensure office supplies and materials are well managed. Requirements & Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field; Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role is an added advantage; Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, WhatsApp communication); Good organizational and communication skills; Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
