KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive the execution of regional sales strategies and deliver revenue growth targets.
Lead, coach, and develop Area Sales Managers and sales teams for high performance.
Identify new business opportunities, market expansion initiatives, and growth channels.
Strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Drive disciplined use of Sales Force Automation (SFA) for reporting and execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Steer compliance with company policies, governance standards, ISO requirements, and health & safety regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in sales management, preferably in a regional leadership role.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage sales performance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales Force Automation systems.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage extensive field operations.

Lead, coach, and motivate sales representatives to deliver strong field performance.
Build and maintain sustainable customer and distributor relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives.
Monitor competitor activity, customer trends, and market developments.
Drive disciplined use of Sales Force Automation (SFA) for reporting and KPI tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and customer service excellence.
Drive compliance with company policies, governance standards, and quality systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales management or territory sales leadership.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Experience managing sales representatives and distributor networks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/SFA systems.
Strong analytical and reporting capability.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.

Key Requirements:
Strong background in strategic sourcing and category management
Experience managing technical and non-technical spend categories
Strong negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder management capability
SAP ERP experience preferred
FMCG/manufacturing exposure highly desirable
Qualifications:
Senior Category Lead: 6+ years’ experience with 3+ years in strategic sourcing/category procurement
