**Requirements
Essential Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field, from a leading university and a professional accounting qualification at Part II level or above (e.g. CPA Part II / ACCA Fundamentals), or equivalent.
Experience

At least 3 years of relevant financial work experience with a development or humanitarian organisation.

Hands on experience working with accounting system.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field, degree from a leading university, and Professional Accounting Qualification: CPA-K, CA, or ACCA (fully qualified and in good standing with the relevant professional body). Master's degree is an added advantage.
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in financial management in a complex organization.

Grant management experience with local partner organizations.

Experience in interpreting financial information and preparing and presenting financial reports to non-finance professionals in an accurate and timely manner.

Cultural awareness and the ability to work collaboratively in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Experience in training/capacity building of staff in a multi-cultural environment
Skills:

Strong leadership skills including supervise and supervise and motivate qualified professional staff with strong personal value systems.

Demonstrated ability to meet corporate governance and accountability requirements of host governments, the organisation, and donors.
