he Senior Producer drives the ideation, planning, development, and execution of non-news content across radio, TV, digital, and social platforms. The Senior Producer ensures all content is audience-centric, digital-first, biblically sound, commercial sustainable, and aligned with Hope Media’s ministry objectives.  As the custodian of creative excellence and programme quality, the Senior Producer provides editorial oversight in content production, enforces production standards, and champions innovation in storytelling and format development. The role requires a strong blend of creative vision, editorial judgment, and business acumen, with a clear focus on content monetization and contribution to overall revenue strategy, audience growth, and platform relevance. S/he also plays a key leadership role in building and nurturing a pipeline of production talent and on-air presenters, ensuring continuity, consistency, and alignment with the evolving needs of our core audiences.
