**Job Summary **

• Maestro Homes is looking for a creative and visually talented Graphic Designer to elevate our brand and market our premium properties. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our visual identity, translating stunning real estate properties into compelling digital and print marketing materials. From high-end property brochures and social media campaigns to agent branding and presentation decks, your work will directly attract buyers, sellers, and top-tier real estate talent to our firm. 

**Key responsibilities    **

• Design premium, print-ready property brochures, flyers, direct mailers, and signage (e.g., "For Sale" and "Open House" banners) for our listings. 

• Maintain and evolve the Maestro Homes visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring corporate presentations, website graphics, and agent materials align with our premium standards. 

• Partner with our marketing team, copywriters, and real estate agents to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for seasonal campaigns and brand promotions. 

• Select, crop, and light-touch edit professional property photography to ensure it looks flawless across all marketing channels. 

• Design online and offline visual materials for marketing promotion activities, including social media post graphics, video covers outdoor advertisements, elevator advertisements, and exhibition materials such as booth design and brochures. 

• Edit and market high quality video content for marketing, events, corporate communication, and digital platforms. 

**Experience and Qualifications **

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media or a related field (or equivalent proven portfolio experience) 

• A minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience.  

• Experience in real estate, architecture, luxury branding, or an agency environment is an added advantage  

• A strong portfolio demonstrating clean typography, layout design, and a modern aesthetic. 

• Experience in photography, videography, and social media content creation is a plus 

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines at once, accept creative feedback constructively, and deliver polished work in a fast-paced environment.

• Maestro Homes is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between premium properties and prospective buyers. You will guide clients through one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives, providing expert market insights, seamless negotiation, and an unparalleled level of personalized service. 

**Key responsibilities **

**Property sales and marketing **

• Promote and sell residential properties to clients

•  Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyers 

• Assist clients in understanding property features, pricing, and benefits 

Client Relationship Management

•  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors

•  Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options

•  Provide consistent communication and updates throughout the sales process 

**Sales Closing and Documentation Support **

• Negotiate terms and assist in closing property deals 

• Ensuring accuracy in all sales records and agreements

Market Intelligence

•  Stay updated on real estate market trends and pricing

•  Provide feedback on competitor activity and customer preferences

**Follow-Ups & Reporting **

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and potential buyers 

• Prepare ad submit weekly sales and activity reports 

• Track performance against sales targets and KPIs 

**Experience and Qualifications **

• Degree or diploma in Sales &Marketing, Real Estate, PR, or any other related field 

• Must have a minimum of 2yrs of active, successful sales experience within a real estate firm. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required 

• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a deep understanding of standard real estate transaction processes
