**Job Summary **
**Key responsibilities   **
Design premium, print-ready property brochures, flyers, direct mailers, and signage (e.g., "For Sale" and "Open House" banners) for our listings.Â
Maintain and evolve the Maestro Homes visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring corporate presentations, website graphics, and agent materials align with our premium standards.Â
Partner with our marketing team, copywriters, and real estate agents to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for seasonal campaigns and brand promotions.Â
Select, crop, and light-touch edit professional property photography to ensure it looks flawless across all marketing channels.Â
Design online and offline visual materials for marketing promotion activities, including social media post graphics, video covers outdoor advertisements, elevator advertisements, and exhibition materials such as booth design and brochures.Â
Edit and market high quality video content for marketing, events, corporate communication, and digital platforms.Â
**Experience and Qualifications **
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media or a related field (or equivalent proven portfolio experience)Â
A minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience. Â
Experience in real estate, architecture, luxury branding, or an agency environment is an added advantage Â
A strong portfolio demonstrating clean typography, layout design, and a modern aesthetic.Â
Experience in photography, videography, and social media content creation is a plusÂ
Ability to manage multiple deadlines at once, accept creative feedback constructively, and deliver polished work in a fast-paced environment.Â

**Property sales and marketing **
Promote and sell residential properties to clients
 Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyersÂ
Assist clients in understanding property features, pricing, and benefitsÂ
Client Relationship Management
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
 Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
 Provide consistent communication and updates throughout the sales processÂ
**Sales Closing and Documentation Support **
Negotiate terms and assist in closing property dealsÂ
Ensuring accuracy in all sales records and agreements
Market Intelligence
 Stay updated on real estate market trends and pricing
 Provide feedback on competitor activity and customer preferences
**Follow-Ups & Reporting **
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and potential buyersÂ
Prepare ad submit weekly sales and activity reportsÂ
Track performance against sales targets and KPIsÂ
**Experience and Qualifications **
Degree or diploma in Sales &Marketing, Real Estate, PR, or any other related fieldÂ
Must have a minimum of 2yrs of active, successful sales experience within a real estate firm. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is requiredÂ
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a deep understanding of standard real estate transaction processesÂ
