Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of a Certificate in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field.

Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education -D plain (D) and above

At least 3 years of experience in security services, with supervisory experience preferred.

Experience in a hospital, corporate, or institutional environment is an added advantage.

Excellent observation, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive under pressure.

Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and risk management.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in health Records and Information Management from a recognized institution

Proficiency in Hospital Information. Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and Microsoft Office applications

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data protection laws Strong organizational and record- keeping skills

Attention to detail and confidentiality of all records

Good communication and teamwork skills

Process and verify health insurance claims including Social Health Authority (SHA), Slade and Smart applications

Reconcile claims and support reimbursement processes

Prepare medical certificates and related documentation
