The position
- Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Business Development lead will contribute to ISBI’s growth agenda by expanding market reach, driving enrollment, and building high-value partnerships for our market-driven programs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Sales

Collaborate with the Head of BD in identifying and growing new accounts of entrepreneur groups to reach the company sales targets.

Maintain a full cycle of sales from prospecting to closing

Client-relationship
Program management & support

Support the Head of BD in planning and implementing the ISBI Short Programs.

Collaborate with the Head of BD in planning and execution of ISBI’s main entrepreneur/sales activities
-
Other duties as assigned by ISBI management
Academic and professional Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles, ideally in training, consulting, or entrepreneurship development.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue, sales, or enrollment targets.

Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
