Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Assistant Manager – Merchandise / Retail Planning to support retail performance through strong assortment planning, inventory control, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities: Support assortment planning and buying across stores; Plan and monitor inventory levels to optimize availability and sell-through; Allocate stock store-wise based on sales performance; Track daily sales reports and provide performance insights; Support and execute visual merchandising standards; Coordinate with vendors on order placement, delivery schedules, and replenishments; Ensure timely stock replenishment to maximize store performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion, Retail, Merchandising, or related field; Minimum 5+ years’ experience in merchandise / retail planning; Experience in Sports Footwear, Sports Apparel, Accessories, or Sports Equipment; Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills; Good communication and stakeholder management ability.
