We are looking for a video editor who has a good understanding of Storytelling, pacing and visual Flow. You’ll work with different creatives across the agency turning raw footage and ideas into finished, well-thought-out videos. What You’ll Do: Edit short-form and long-form video content for brands, campaigns, and digital platforms; Shape stories from raw footage — interviews, b-roll, social content, and narrative pieces; Work across DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the wider Adobe suite; Apply motion graphics, sound design, pacing, and visual rhythm to elevate edits; Collaborate with directors and producers from pre-production through post; Occasionally support or assist during on-set production; Maintain clean project organization and efficient workflows; Push creative boundaries while respecting brand tone and objectives. You’re a Good Fit If: You’re confident editing independently and delivering polished work; You’re fluent in Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe tools; You have a strong eye for design, composition, and pacing; You’ve spent time on set and understand how production decisions affect post; You think conceptually and creatively — not just technically; You’re curious, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of projects; You can work with direction and bring ideas to the table.
