Job Summary
Assessing software quality by designing and implementing software testing processes. Hunt bugs, identify issues, report them, and manage the resolution process and release of software and features. Prepare overall reports on all aspects related to software testing carried out and ensuring interoperability with the development team. Execute test on software usability including but not limited to Black / White box testing, load testing, regression testing and added advantage to Automated testing
Job Details
Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback.
Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Prioritize and plan testing activities.
Play the role of test engineer: Design, develop, and execute automated tests.
Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved.
Perform regression testing.
Support to diagnose and troubleshoot issues from first line support.
Conduct user training
Analysis of feedback from field teams and pilots.
Requirements
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Software testing lifecycle.
Basic knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
Be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from them.
Be open to receiving constructive feedback and turning it into process improvements.
Ability to work in a distributed team.
Basic understanding of AWS technologies and Information Security
Critical thinking and understanding of requirements and issues.
Fluent in English and Kiswahili
At least 3 years software support experience.
Should have at least 2 years on hands experience.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent or Diploma
Professional qualification in testing is an added advantage.

Job Summary
Provide excellent support and assistance to M-Gas customers so that they are completely satisfied with the M-Gas service and are delighted to use M-Gas for their cooking.
Job Details
Respond to customer enquires in person, by phone and online helpfully and promptly.
Take responsibility for resolving customer issues and makes sure that they are resolved promptly.
Maintain record of customer communications in CRM and other systems
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Process orders, customer applications, and requests.
Maintain customer records.
Compile and distribute daily reports on customer products and credit usage.
Perform customer follow up to ensure that they are enjoying the product.
Identify and report computers system incidents to the technical team and the relevant managers.
Make recommendations to improve customer service and business processes and systems.
Prepare schedules for customer visits by technicians and sales representatives as required.
M-Gas offers 24-hour customer service. Agents are expected to work agreed shifts.
Requirements
Good communication skills on the telephone and in-person

Comfortable using computers.

Job Summary
Monitor the reliability of our fleet of meters and identify root causes of failures. Recommend solutions to improve reliability.
Job Details
Identify, analyze, and mitigate failures using techniques such as fault tree analysis (FTA), failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), hazard analysis, and need for design change
Analyze data and provide insights into meter reliability using probability statistics.
Recommend improvements in meter software and hardware design.
Investigate technical issues and potential tampering incidents and recommend resolutions.
Analyze daily meter performance and report issues.
Maintain our KPIs dashboards for fleet performance and device reliability
Design and execute reliability experiments in field conditions in Kenya
Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support departmental objectives.
Requirements
Understanding of techniques to improve reliability including predictive modelling, root cause analysis, mean time to failure (MTTF), corrective and preventive action (CAPA)
Experience with product qualification and failure analysis
Enthusiasm to continuously improve skills and learn new technologies
Attention to detail
Ability to analyse data using Excel
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with database interaction and querying.
Basic understanding of programming languages: Python, C#, C++, and C.
Fluent in English and Kiswahili
3+ Years’ experience in a similar role
Bachelor in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any related course.
