Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Performance Targets: Stock accuracy and reconciliation rate (Monthly), Reduction in device aging across freelancers and Kopa Simu shops (Monthly & Quarterly), Timely pull-back and recovery rate of defaulted devices (Monthly), Service device turnaround time and closure rate (Monthly), Percentage reduction in stock losses and discrepancies (Quarterly), Accuracy and timeliness of operational reports submitted (Monthly), Coordination effectiveness with field teams, service centers, and partners (Quarterly review). The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales operations team by managing onboarding processes, system setup, and coordination between Territory Managers, Team Leaders, and Freelancers. The role ensures that all sales personnel are properly registered, system-enabled, and correctly assigned to territories and reporting structures to enable smooth sales execution.
