The BDM will be responsible for growing the corporate medical business profitably, meeting set annual premium targets, and ensuring the successful management of client relationships, tenders, and scheme set-ups. Key responsibilities include growing medical business against set targets both in new business and retention, enhancing relationships with corporate clients, ensuring timely submission of quotations and tenders, ensuring proper set up of new and renewed schemes, assisting in pricing of the various products and schemes, advising on terms of cover to enable proper underwriting and claims processing, coordinating presentations to scheme members e.g. health talks, medical camps, assisting in product development to ensure that products are relevant, and performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
