Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business Management, or any related field At least 3 years of experience as a Trainer, delivering and facilitating training programs Experience in the BPO industry is a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Strong presentation and facilitation skills Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office tools, including the use of functions, formatting, and aesthetics Ability to create training materials and evaluate training effectiveness Flexible to work in shifting schedules when required Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees Prepare training materials, modules, and assessments Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports Maintain training records and documentation Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding training needs Handle administrative tasks related to training
