As AI-powered tooling increasingly transforms professional services delivery, this role ensures KPMG T&I remains at the leading edge of technology-enabled service delivery. Academic/ Professional qualifications and Experience: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. Certification in at least one automation or DevOps platform (Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Robotic Process Automation, or equivalent). Minimum 8 years of experience in technology delivery or operations, with at least 3 years in a tooling, automation, or DevOps engineering role. Hands-on experience building automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms (Power Automate, Zapier, Make) or scripting (Python, PowerShell). Experience with project management tooling (Jira, ADO, Smartsheet) and portfolio reporting automation.
