Nutrawell Africa Limited is a fast-growing wellness and healthcare company committed to providing high-quality wellness solutions and excellent customer service across Kenya. We are currently looking for motivated, energetic, and result-oriented Telesales Agents to join our expanding team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate should be confident, professional, and passionate about sales and customer engagement.
As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers using company-provided leads, explaining products professionally, answering customer inquiries, following up clients, and converting leads into successful sales. You will also be expected to maintain good customer relationships, keep accurate sales records, and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
This position requires individuals who are excellent communicators, persuasive, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Previous experience in telesales, customer service, telemarketing, or direct sales will be an added advantage, although training will be provided to successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers through phone calls
Explain company products and services professionally
Follow up customer inquiries and pending orders
Convert leads into successful sales
Maintain proper customer and sales records
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals
Handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully
Work closely with the sales and support team
Requirements:
Must be 25 years and above
Must be a graduate from a recognized institution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Kiswahili
Good persuasion and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Positive attitude and professional conduct
Experience in telesales or customer service is an added advantage
