REQUIREMENTS: Diploma in sales and marketing or any business related field. Minimum KCSE mean grade -C plain. Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as a Team Leader handling FMCG both in MT & GT prior in beverage and alcoholic sector will be an added advantage. Must have Retail Relationship Management. Ability to exhibit transformational leadership. Must have handled a team of 25 and above. Must be proficient in reporting on excel and powerpoint.
