The Sales Representative will drive sales of memberships, programs, and services, building strong relationships with clients and promoting offerings to increase participation. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell memberships, programs, and services; Identify and reach out to potential clients and corporate partners; Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction; Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets; Conduct product presentations, demos, and on-site visits; Collect customer feedback and report market insights to management; Support marketing initiatives and events to generate leads. Requirements: Diploma or professional certification in Sales, Marketing, Business, Customer Service, or a related field; Relevant sales training or short courses will be an added advantage; 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service; Experience in sports, recreation, or fitness sales is an advantage. Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Persuasive and results-oriented; Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities; Basic knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools.
