Monitor daily activities, address issues promptly, and continuously strive for excellence. Stay updated on spa services, pricing, schedules, specials, and competitor offerings. Lead by example, demonstrating proper etiquette and professionalism at all times. Communicate housekeeping and maintenance needs, ensuring prompt action. Support team members in all aspects of the business operation. Ensure team members are familiar with all areas of the Spa & Wellness operation, including product knowledge and retail sales. Assist in the recruitment, development and training of all Spa & Wellness team members.
