This role blends AI, enterprise automation, and governance, focusing on improving efficiency through AI-driven agents and Microsoft-based tools. Responsibilities~ Design & Deploy~ Build AI-driven automation and autonomous agents for repetitive tasks, research, data processing, and decision support. Orchestration~ Develop and manage AI agent orchestration using platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Azure AI, and OpenAI. Workflow Optimization~ Build and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop). M365 Integration~ Integrate solutions with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and Dataverse. Azure Architecture~ Implement solutions using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and AI Services. Subject Matter Expert~ Lead efforts in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot Studio) and Anthropic Claude API (prompt engineering). Governance & Compliance~ Ensure all solutions comply with data privacy, security, and responsible AI standards. Metrics~ Define and track KPIs to measure automation performance and efficiency gains.
