Job Purpose
To oversee both structural works and interior fit-outs ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of construction projects, while maintaining strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage structural works including foundations, slabs, columns, beams, and related elements.
Coordinate interior finishing works including tiling, painting, ceilings, joinery, and fittings.
Supervise subcontractors, site staff, and labor to ensure productivity and quality output.
Ensure full compliance with QA/QC procedures and site safety standards.
Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely availability on site.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in construction projects.
Proven experience in both structural works and interior finishing works.
