BasiGo is an e-mobility start-up looking to revolutionize the public transportation sector by providing public transport bus owners with a cost-effective electric alternative to diesel. The Service Technician II will independently perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on electric buses, diagnose and rectify common EV, electrical, and mechanical faults, conduct fault-finding and basic diagnostics on battery packs, electric motors and inverters, charging systems, and vehicle control systems. They will accurately interpret wiring diagrams, fault codes, and service documentation, use diagnostic tools and software, support breakdown recovery and field service activities, record all work, escalate complex issues, guide Level 1 Service Technicians, follow all safety procedures, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
