ndash; Drilling Services, you will be responsible for: Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained Conducting all activities in line with Baker Hughes non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars Planning, coordinating, and monitoring all drilling service job activities across organizational boundaries in line with the Monthly/Medium-Term Job Cycle (MTJC) Handling the scheduling, mobilization, and dispatching of drilling service resources (personnel, tools, and equipment) to meet job requirements and operational timelines Managing client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact for job planning, execution, and closeout phases Coordinating closely with field crews, engineering, logistics, and support functions to ensure seamless service delivery Ensuring prompt escalation of operational, technical, or commercial issues that could impact service delivery or customer objectives Ensuring assigned contracts, pricing, and quotations are fully understood and that invoicing is accurate and timely to prevent revenue leakage Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will: Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with equivalent relevant work experience) Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and coordinate cross-functional teams Have
