er the guidance of a Specialist, BI Developer and the broader global TDIT team, the role holder will support the building, implementation, and maintenance of Business Intelligence solutions within the organization. This is an entry level role designed to develop technical skills and knowledge in BI development. The role holder will assist in translating business requirements into BI solutions, learning best practices and contributing to continuous improvement of data and reporting capabilities.

Principal Accountabilities
Support the development and maintenance of Business Intelligence solutions under the guidance of senior BI Developers, following agreed design patterns and best practices. Assist in the analysis of BI systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and reporting findings to the senior team. Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to understand analytic requirements, documenting these clearly for review. Complete assigned development tasks within agreed timeframes and in alignment with project delivery methodologies, seeking guidance where needed. Contribute to the preparation and delivery of agreed BI services to business functions (e.g. monthly KPI data, reconciliation reports) under supervision.
