The Climate Transition, ESG Data & Reporting Senior Manager, leads Axian Telecom’s Group‑wide climate strategy and ESG reporting architecture. The role ensures the Group meets international environmental and ESG disclosure standards, strengthens data governance across OpCos, and delivers a credible, forward‑looking Climate Transition Plan aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and emerging regulatory expectations. Key Responsibilities: Climate transition strategy & delivery, ESG Data Governance & KPI System, ESG Reporting & Disclosure, Carbon Footprint & Climate Data Management, Climate risk & resilience, Internal Engagement & Capacity Building. Required Skills & Profile: Strong expertise in climate strategy, GHG accounting, ESG reporting. Knowledge of international ESG reporting standards such as SBTi, IFRS S1/S2, GRI, CDP, TCFD. Experience in ESG data governance and KPI systems. Strong analytical and project-management skills. Master's degree and 6–10 years' experience. Fluency in French is a plus.
