The successful candidate will play a critical role in: Optimizing voyage space and allocation utilization; Driving revenue yield across customer portfolios; Steering CRM opportunities and guiding sales priorities; Forecasting volumes and aligning supply-demand balance; Conducting trade lane and routing optimization analysis; Identifying lost business recovery opportunities; Providing structured commercial performance reporting to management. In today’s competitive shipping landscape, allocation efficiency and data-driven steering directly impact profitability. This role ensures that commercial decisions are aligned with global governance standards while maximizing sustainable growth in the Mombasa market. We are looking for professionals who bring: 5+ years’ experience in shipping line sales steering, commercial operations, or capacity management; Strong understanding of trade lanes, allocation control, and revenue management; Advanced Excel and analytical capability; CRM and commercial reporting experience; Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
