As a Senior Area Manager, you will be the face of the ECORIC brand in Kenya’s most productive agricultural zones. You are not just selling a product; you are providing a high-tech sustainable solution to the country’s leading flower exporters and tea estates. This role requires a strategic 'Hunter' mindset with deep technical roots in Integrated Pest Management (IPM). Key Responsibilities: Strategic Market Penetration: Lead the aggressive growth of ECORIC biofungicides within the Floriculture (Naivasha/Mt. Kenya) and Tea (Kericho/Limuru) sectors. Key Account Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with Farm Managers and Production Directors of Tier-1 estates. Technical Field Excellence: Execute high-impact product demonstrations and field trials to prove efficacy against key pathogens. Marketing Leadership: Design and lead regional field days, exhibitions, and technical seminars to position ECORIC as a market leader in sustainable farming. Intelligence & Strategy: Provide real-time market feedback to the international team to refine pricing and product positioning.
