The Sales Manager is the driving force behind the company's revenue generation and commercial growth. This individual is responsible for building, leading, and developing a high-performance sales team that captures new business, retains and grows existing accounts, and positions the company as the preferred packaging supplier in the market. The Sales Manager will set the strategic direction of the department, establish sales targets, design go-to-market plans, and foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement across the entire sales function. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Sales Planning & Execution, Team Leadership & Performance Management, Business Development & Client Acquisition, Sales Pipeline & Forecasting, Cross-Functional Collaboration, EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (required). A postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage. Relevant professional certifications in Sales Leadership, Strategic Management, or similar are desirable.
