Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to grow the bank’s customer base. Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment solutions. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and competitive positioning Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients. Evaluate clients’ financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions. Meet or exceed set business growth and revenue targets. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and effective follow-up.
