Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales and Achieve Targets - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and execute territory sales plans. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management - Identify and onboard new pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups. Address client concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction. Product Promotion and Market Expansion - Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers and retail outlets. Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions. Identify new market opportunities within the territory. Ensure proper product visibility and availability in outlets. Market Intelligence and Reporting - Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities. Gather market feedback from customers. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Provide recommendations to improve market positioning. Regulatory and Ethical Compliance - Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations. Adhere to ethical marketing standards. Follow guidelines set by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board. Maintain proper documentation of sales and promotional materials. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Registration with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (where applicable). Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales (preferred). Valid driving license. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations.
