**About us **
Sporty H2O is a growing water vending and packaging company specializing in purified drinking water. We supply bulk water products (300ml, 500ml, 1L) to distributors and institutions, and also offer refill services at our plant. With an expanding client base that includes corporate customers and high-demand event days (e.g. match days), we are looking to onboard a results-driven Sales Executive to accelerate our growth.**Â **
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and acquire new bulk customers (retailers, distributors, corporates, events, institutions)Â
Actively prospect and generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networkingÂ
Convert leads into paying clients and grow recurring ordersÂ
Promote Sporty H2O products (300ml, 500ml, 1L bottled water and refill services)Â
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customersÂ
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat businessÂ
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform business decisionsÂ
Match Day Sales Coordination
Supervise and coordinate a team of casual sales agents during match daysÂ
Ensure adequate stock distribution, sales tracking, and accountabilityÂ
Drive high-volume sales in fast-paced environmentsÂ
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain records of leads, conversions, and sales performanceÂ
Provide weekly updates on pipeline, closed deals, and revenue generatedÂ
Track commission earnings based on new business acquiredÂ
Compensation Structure
Retainer + CommissionÂ
High earning potential based on performanceÂ
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or field marketing (FMCG experience is a plus)Â
Strong negotiation and communication skillsÂ
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivatedÂ
Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyÂ
Experience managing or supervising teams is an added advantageÂ
Familiarity with local distribution networks, retail outlets, or event sales is a plus Â
