Sales Executive Building Materials (Chinese Speaking) at Nexus Staffing Solutions
We are hiring on behalf of our client in the construction and building materials industry for a highly driven and customer-focused Sales Executive.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling ready-mix concrete products, developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating customer orders and deliveries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
This role requires a mature, aggressive, organized, and results-oriented individual capable of driving sales growth within a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Market and sell ready-mix concrete products to contractors, developers, construction companies, and individual clientsÂ

Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company salesÂ

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customersÂ

Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on inquiries and quotationsÂ

Achieve assigned sales and collection targetsÂ
-
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activitiesÂ
-
Prepare and submit sales reports and market feedback to managementÂ
Customer Service & Coordination

Coordinate customer orders and delivery schedules with operations and logistics teamsÂ

Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and complaintsÂ

Follow up on customer satisfaction and product quality concernsÂ

Guide customers on product specifications and appropriate product usageÂ
Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirement
- Must be fluent in both spoken and written Chinese languageÂ
Additional Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldÂ

Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or ready-mix concrete industryÂ

Valid driving license with practical driving experienceÂ

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skillsÂ

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targetsÂ

Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsÂ

Mature, aggressive, and self-driven personalityÂ
