About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced performance team. The role involves engaging potential B2B customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Contact at least 80 B2B leads per week.

Follow up on leads regularly via calls and emails to understand project requirements, timelines, and customer needs.

Prepare and send quotations in a timely manner.

Conduct consistent follow-ups on quotations to ensure closure and address client concerns.

Schedule and participate in conference calls to address technical client queries.

Maintain accurate sales records and achieve daily/weekly KPIs.

Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and build long-term client relationships.

Attend industry conferences and exhibitions to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of a Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.

At least 2 - 3 years of proven sales experience in high-value sales, preferably fiber optic solutions.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Target-driven, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.

Proven sales and client relationship management skills.

Knowledge of fiber optic products

Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
