Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Coordinate with the sales team to track orders, deliveries, and stock availability.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions professionally.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Assist in managing inventory and coordinating stock replenishment.
Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Ensure proper filing and organization of administrative documents.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience at least 3 in sales for branded promotional items is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
