We are seeking a competent and results-driven Manager to oversee daily operations of the Oasis Hospital SACCO, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance member service delivery, while providing strong financial and leadership oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Implement Board and Committee policies, decisions, and resolutions
Oversee daily SACCO operations and administrative functions
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
Supervise loan processing, appraisal, disbursement, and recovery
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
Drive membership recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives
Provide leadership and supervision to staff
Skill & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Cooperatives Management or a related field
CPA (K) or equivalent professional qualification is required
Prior experience in SACCO management will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of SACCO regulations, including Cap 490 and SASRA guidelines
Proven leadership, financial management, and analytical skills
