Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized university (MBChB or MBBS); Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council; At least one (1) year internship experience in either a public or private hospital.; Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Knowledge of healthcare policies, documentation, and reporting procedures.; Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems). Desirable competencies: Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills.; Knowledge of the laws of Kenya, regulations, guidelines, and health schemes.; Good report writing skills.; Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, patients, and other stakeholders.
