Peart Hospitalisa Level 4 multi-specialty hospital in Laikipia County. Guided by our values of Quality Efficiency, Professionalism, and Compassion, we are seeking a Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide direct nursing care to patients in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings; Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans; Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical specialists and medical officers; Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical progress; Ensure infection prevention and control measures are adhered to at all times Participate in CMEs, audits, and quality improvement activis. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma in Nursing in a recognized institution; Valid registration and practicing license from the Nursing council of Kenya (NC); Valid practicing license; Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience. KEY COMPETENCIES: Strong basic nursing and clinical care skills; Good patient communication and interpersonal skills; Team player with a patient-centered approach; Attention to detail and good time management; Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented.
