operty Manager/Caretaker to oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall. This is a dual-focus role requiring someone equally comfortable managing facilities and building strong relationships with tenants. You will be the first point of contact for all property-related matters and the key person ensuring the mall runs smoothly, safely, and professionally at all times. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Facilities & Maintenance Oversee the general upkeep, cleanliness, and appearance of the mall premises including common areas, parking, and exterior Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and service providers (plumbing, electrical, cleaning, security, etc.) Conduct regular property inspections and proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate Manage relationships with contractors and vendors, ensuring work is completed to standard and on time Monitor and maintain all utilities, equipment, and infrastructure including CCTV, generators, and water systems Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations at all times Tenant Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenants handling inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally Support tenant onboarding and move-in/move-out processes Monitor lease compliance and flag any concerns to property ownership Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with all tenants Coordinate with tenants on renovations, fit-ou
