Project Field Sales Manager at Ital Global
velopment Our client a construction firms, is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Field Sales Manager to oversee field sales operations and drive project-based sales growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, managing client engagements on-site, and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies in the field. Plan and execute field sales strategies to achieve project sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions. Manage and coordinate field sales teams to ensure efficiency and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and support sales activities. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights. Ensure timely delivery of projects in collaboration with internal teams. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience in field sales or project sales, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage. Remuneration & Benefits: Basic KES 80,000 β 150,000 per month Sales Commission: 1% β 3% based on sales performance Annual Bonus Fuel Allowance Communication Allowance Business Entertainment Reimbursement
