The role holder will be responsible for setting up, expansion and successfully running CIC Pharmacy stores in accordance to the relevant regulations. Key responsibilities include: Pharmacy Expansion (identification of locations, acquisition of licenses, recruitment, product sourcing); Stakeholder Management/Procurement; Medication Dispensing Guidelines; Staff Management & Leadership; Operations Management; Inventory Management; Health and Wellness Promotion; Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals; Customer Service; Regulatory & Compliance Oversight; Business Development & Growth; Reporting & Communication; Continuing Education; Audit, Compliance And Risk Management; and Generic Duties.
