The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational delivery across multiple functions aligned to the GHB Europe organisation, serve as the primary operational and cultural liaison for all GHB Europe staff located in Nairobi, lead and coach Senior Supervisors and people leaders, support strategic implementation and change, manage collaboration and stakeholders, and produce operational reporting and insights. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include Operational Leadership, Nairobi Focal Point – Cross Functional Support, People Leadership, Strategic Implementation & Change Support, Collaboration & Stakeholder Management, and Reporting, Insights & Governance. YOUR PROFILE requires a minimum 5+ years leading large operational teams within a customer centric, service driven, or shared services environment, experience managing multi‑functional teams and working in matrixed global organisations, a Bachelor’s degree (Diploma in insurance is a plus), and specific skills, capabilities, and behaviours.
