The partner managing short stay rental operations for day to day property work and the founder of the broader venture group for cross business work Location Nairobi hybrid field and remote Start Date Monday May 4 2026 Type Full time with a 6 month probation period and 30 60 90 day reviews Compensation KES 25000 to 35000 per month gross based on experience plus airtime and reimbursable work related transport About the Role We are a small Nairobi based group of ventures covering short stay rentals, tech consulting, a classified marketplace and a farming and land business This role sits across all of them and is designed to fill the gaps between people, projects and operations The role is split into two main parts Short stay rental operations about 20 hours per week You will support the partner managing the rental portfolio. This includes coordinating cleaners and caretakers, conducting unit inspections, maintaining supplies and standards and handling booking platform administration Cross venture execution about 20 hours per week You will support the founder on project execution across multiple ventures including land sales, stock clearance, marketplace listings and general administrative support If you are looking for a fixed and narrow job this is not it.
