The Administrative Assistant will provide high- level administrative and operational support to the Health Administrator's office in Nairobi.
This role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination of administrative, logistical, and documentation processes. Qualifications, Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Communications, or a related field from a recognized institution
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a busy administrative or executive support role
Experience in customer service, office administration, or executive assistance preferred
Proven experience preparing executive correspondence, meeting minutes, and official reports
Competencies
High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with Google Workspace, SharePoint, and virtual communication platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong teamwork and professional integrity

Job Summary
Requirements:
BA/BSc/ HND in Clinical Medicine and Surgery specializing in Anaesthesia, Paediatrics,
Reproductive Health, or Critical Care from a recognized institution • At least two (2) years post-training experience in a busy hospital
A Certificate of Registration from the Clinical Officers' Council
A valid practicing license from the Clinical Officers' Council
Minimum of 2 Years Experience
Certificate in Supervisory Skills Course lasting at least two (2) weeks or equivalent from a recognized institution
Certificate in Computer Application Skills

Registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (Kenya)- mandatory.
Valid practicing license from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a busy

Registration with the Kenya Pharmaceutical Association - added advantage.

Job Summary:
The Nutritionist will be responsible for providing comprehensive nutrition services within Exelligent Health Hospital.
The role involves conducting nutrition assessments, delivering nutrition education, and offering counseling to patients with specific dietary needs.
The officer will support maternal, infant, and young child nutrition programmes, implement supplementary and therapeutic feeding programmes, and assist in the monitoring and preparation of therapeutic feeds.
The Nutritionist will also collect and compile nutrition data for reporting and decision- making, while ensuring quality patient care and adherence national nutrition guidelines.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have:
A Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics from a recognized and accredited institution
Registration with the Kenya
Nutrition and Dietetics Council (KNDI) and a valid registration certificate
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a busy healthcare facility (preferably hospital setting).
Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution
