Key Responsibilities include: Project Design & Start-Up (support partners to assess and map referral resources, integrate IPT-G indicators, review project indicators, facilitate curriculum adaptation workshops, conduct capacity assessments, develop work plans, deliver training, develop supervision frameworks); Training & Capacity Building (prepare and conduct core IPT-G facilitator trainings, orient partner management teams, submit training reports); Community Mental Health Programming (IPT-G Cycle Delivery) (support implementation of IPT-G cycles, provide weekly coaching and mentoring, coordinate self-care sessions, conduct quality assurance checks, ensure accurate data collection, prepare cycle reports); Communication, Learning & Global Collaboration (coordinate bi-weekly meetings, hold weekly supervision meetings, document and share learnings, engage with technical teams, prepare reports).
