As the Marketing Head, you won’t just manage campaigns you’ll inspire and mentor a dynamic team of 5–15 marketing professionals, develop innovative strategies, and align marketing objectives with the company’s business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement annual marketing plans and budgets, Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, events), Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy, Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, Manage marketing budget and partnerships with agencies.
